French food is often considered the best in the world, so when you find a restaurant that does it right, you go there as often as your wallet allows. Jon Rector of The Piglet Parade has found a pretty good French place in Chez Colette, a bistro that has changed names several times, but remains a staple of the area. While they stumbled across a few forgetful dishes, the majority of the meal was as delicious as its French origin would suggest it was. Check out Jon’s review and maybe you’ll make the trip to Chez Colette yourself.
The Duck Foie Gras was undoubtedly the best that I have ever been served.
